The Practice Manager is responsible for the overall running of the surgery. We would welcome any comments or suggestions from patients that could improve our service. Please ask for one of us if you are at all dissatisfied with our service.

Our Receptionist's role is to welcome patients and deal with any sensitive, urgent and intricate patient enquiries. They will prioritise requests based on clinical need and often deal with many demands at once. For this reason you may be asked to give additional medical information by them. Our reception staff are involved in general office duties, but also have responsibilities for particular administrative areas. They can be extremely busy but will always try to deal with your request as quickly as possible. We would be very grateful if you could be as patient and courteous towards them as you  can. Please help them to help you.

Liverpool City Councillor: Natalie Nicholas will be available to speak to patients at the surgery to discuss topics such as Housing and Debt. One Wednesday a Month. To book appointment you can speak to Brenda Nasr.  

Debt and Money advice:

If you are worried about Housing or Debt you can be referred to Citizens Advice by the Administration team, just contact the surgery on 0151 733 7172.

Your local Citizens Advice can help you deal with debt. You can book appointments with the city centre money advice team on 0151 233 2771.
