Extended Access

From 1st October the new Extended Access Service will be provided to Patients of Liverpool GP Practices, the Service will be operated by Urgent Care 24 (UC24). The service is designed to benefit Patients by providing access to GP services everyday including Weekends and Evenings.

UC24 will offer:

• A telephone assessment service from 9:00am-6:30pm Monday to Friday
• Pre-bookable and same day face-to-face appointments at the number of sites across the city between 4:00pm-9:00pm Monday to Friday.
• Pre-bookable face-to-face appointments on Saturdays and Sundays at a number of sites across the city.
