E-Consult requires you to fill out a simple online form to get advice and treatment by the end of the next working day. 

You can ask about common problems; coughs, back pain or mental health

As well as general symptoms: dizziness, tiredness or pain.

This useful tool also allows you to request Sick Notes and GP letters or even ask about recent Test Results.
